These terms apply to purchases and services from Headlight Lens Replacement, operated by Ravelli Tech ("we," "us"). By placing an order or sending us headlights for service, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep prices, descriptions, and photos accurate, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal at checkout. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to the continental United States. Shipping is charged once per order, at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

Mail-in lens replacement service

  • Contact us before shipping your headlights, and pack them according to our Shipping Instructions.
  • You are responsible for shipping your headlights to us safely. We recommend shipping via UPS or USPS with $900 of insurance per set. We are not responsible for damage caused in transit to us or by inadequate packing.
  • Projector clips broken in transit because of insufficient packing will be replaced at $19 per clip. Each headlight has 3 clips.
  • For the Euro lens replacement service, return shipping is $140. If actual return shipping costs more, the difference will be billed to you.
  • When you provide your own lenses, we are not responsible for their quality or fit.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and depend on the work and parts involved.

Fitment, installation and legality

You are responsible for confirming a product fits your vehicle before ordering, for proper installation, and for following the vehicle lighting laws in your area. Some aftermarket lighting products may not be approved for street use in every state.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Reviews

When you submit a review, you allow us to display it on our site and marketing. We may decline to publish reviews that are abusive or unrelated to the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes and contact
